We offer refunds or replacements on items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Are significantly different from the product description
  • Are not delivered within 30 days of shipment

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at enrichedva@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).


🚫 Returns Not Accepted

Due to the nature of our dropshipping model, we do not accept physical returns of products unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped directly from our suppliers and returns cannot be processed through our warehouse.

We ask that you contact us first before attempting to return any items, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


⏳ When Will I Receive My Refund?

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
