- Beat the RoboKeeper (& Defender)
- Goal: Score against a stationary or slow-moving goalkeeper (RoboKeeper) and a defender.
- Adaptations: Use a larger goal, allow stationary shooting for mobility-impaired students, and softer balls for easier handling.
- Color Sort Dribble
- Goal: Dribble hockey balls to matching-colored cones across the play area.
- Adaptations: Adjust the distance based on ability, and use brightly colored balls and cones for visual impairment.
- 2v2 Hockey Tennis
- Goal: Teams of two use hockey sticks to pass a ball back and forth over a low net.
- Adaptations: Lower the net for wheelchair users and use a larger, lighter ball for easier play.
- Sweep Your Yard
- Goal: Clear balls from your ‘yard’ (designated area) into the opponent’s yard.
- Adaptations: Decrease the size of the area for those needing closer engagement and allow hands-on-ball for those with grip challenges.
- Rink Rival Duel
- Goal: In a narrow channel, players try to score in the opponent’s net while remaining stationary.
- Adaptations: Use larger goals, allow some movement for balance, and modify stick length or type for easier handling.
- 2v2 Mini Games
- Goal: Small team games focusing on teamwork and strategy in a condensed play area.
- Adaptations: Adjust field size, use lighter equipment, and allow modified rules to accommodate various abilities.
Materials Needed:
- Hockey sticks (varied sizes)
- Balls (various sizes and textures)
- Cones (bright colors)
- Nets (adjustable sizes)

Notes for Inclusivity:
Refer to the adaptation guidelines such as adjusting boundaries, equipment size, and game speed to ensure all students can participate meaningfully and safely. Encourage peer assistance and allow for rest periods or alternate activities for students as needed.
This plan integrates basic hockey skills with fun, competitive elements, ensuring modifications are in place to cater to a wide range of abilities, promoting an inclusive, active learning environment.
