Paddle and Racquet Sports: More than Just a Swing

Paddle and racquet sports, encompassing games like tennis, badminton, pickleball, and table tennis, offer a dynamic blend of agility, strategy, and endurance. This unit provides comprehensive resources for learners at different stages:

Middle School Level: Basics of racquet handling, understanding the different types of paddle and racquet sports, and fundamental playing techniques. Interactive drills and team activities are designed to enhance coordination, speed, and the fun aspect of playing.

High School Level: Advanced skills training, tactical game play, and in-depth analysis of each sport’s unique strategies. Students will explore the historical and cultural significance of these sports, with opportunities to study professional matches and engage in peer-led coaching sessions.
