Video model gifs can be a helpful tool for teaching gross motor skills. They can provide a visual representation of the skill, which can help children to understand the steps involved and to practice the skill correctly. In this post, we will provide a collection of video model gifs of gross motor skills. Each skill will be task analyzed into 3 steps, and there will be a main gif for each skill that demonstrates the whole skill.
We hope that this post will be a helpful resource for parents, teachers, and other professionals who are working with children to develop their gross motor skills. I made these gifs back in 2018 and have used them for things like teaching a skill, adding into my google form data sheets, and making videos with them (see bottom of page).
