I am a K-12 C.A.P.E. certified Adapted Physical Education Teacher in PA. I primarily teach APE at the Middle and High School levels and work with students in self-contained Autistic Support, Life Skills, and Multiple Disability Classrooms. I also support students included in General PE. I was the head coach for our Unified Track and Field program for 6 years. I believe that this is the best job in the world and love finding ways to make physical activity accessible for all individuals. I was honored to be awarded the 2017 PSAHPERD APE Teacher of the Year, the 2018 LLBAHPERD APE Teacher of the Year, and the 2019 Eastern SHAPE APE Teacher of the Year. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and being outdoors, working out, and crafting!
