Welcome to our Dance & Rhythmic Movement Unit, tailored for middle and high school students, including those with special needs. Our program is divided into two exciting sections:

Cardio Drumming: Combine fitness with rhythm in our adapted cardio drumming sessions. These fun, energetic activities are designed to enhance coordination and fitness for students of all skill levels.
