Objective: To engage students in a lively and interactive cardio drumming session set to the upbeat song “I’m Good.”

Materials Needed: Stability balls and buckets or chairs for support, drumsticks or similar items, and an audio system to play “I’m Good.”

Introduction: Begin by introducing the song “I’m Good” and discussing the energizing effects of cardio drumming. Emphasize the combination of rhythm, physical exercise, and fun.
