Welcome to our Floor Hockey Unit, a dynamic and engaging program designed for middle and high school students. Experience the excitement and energy of hockey, adapted for the gym floor! This unit offers students the opportunity to learn and master the fundamentals of floor hockey, including stick handling, passing, shooting, and goaltending, in a safe and fun environment.

Tailored for all skill levels, from beginners to those already familiar with the sport, our program emphasizes teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship. Through a series of drills, games, and friendly competitions, students will not only improve their physical fitness but also develop important life skills such as communication, collaboration, and quick decision-making.
