Objective: To engage students in an energetic cardio drumming routine set to the classic dance hit “Everybody Dance Now,” suitable for all levels of ability.

Materials Needed: Stability balls on buckets or chairs, drumsticks or similar items, audio system for the song “Everybody Dance Now.”

Introduction: Introduce the song “Everybody Dance Now” and explain the fun and benefits of cardio drumming. Highlight how this activity combines rhythm, coordination, and cardiovascular exercise.

Setup: Organize the drumming stations with stability balls and distribute drumsticks to each student.
