- You can build relationships. Following other teachers can help you build relationships with them. This can be helpful for collaborating on projects, getting advice, and just getting to know other people in the field.
- You can support each other. Following other teachers can help you support each other. This can be helpful during difficult times, and it can also be fun to celebrate each other’s successes.
